Pre-Team

3/4 hours Ages 6 - 10 Girls Only
Each year, we select students from our Recreational Gymnastics classes to join our Pre-Team. This is for girls only. We recruit girls to the pre-team every year in June. Gymnasts must have been in the recreational program for a minimum of one full year. They are selected based on attendance, coachibility, ability to progress quickly and an overall long-term commitment to the sport. If a gymnast is advancing properly and demonstrates passion for gymnastics, then we will personally notify the parent that we are interested in having the gymnast to train specific days and hours to better prepare them for the move to the pre-team. We do this to grow the gymnast's skill progression, as well as, to improve the skills at an accelerated rate in order to be able to compete the following year.

Competitive Team

7 hours Ages 6 - 18 Girls Only
We follow the USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic curriculum for our Team development supplemented with material from our other professional associations. Our Competitive Team is recruited from our Recreational classes for girls only. They move up through the levels and compete each season throughout Tennessee, the Region (including 8 States) and across the Nation. We have traveled for competitions as far as Las Vegas, Chicago, Ohio, Florida and Louisiana just to name a few of the fun locations. Our Competitive Team practices are structured in a manner that fits our belief: Quality > Quantity. Success is not solely determined by the amount of hours trained, but also by the honest effort put into each practice.
