Yes! Adult gymnastics is a thing! We have a strong, tight knit community of adults training in our program. This class trains solely on the floor exercise. 
We spend the first 20 minutes stretching, doing cardio and conditioning in order to safely practice gymnastics and build the necessary strength. Then, the class is instructed throughout basic line drills including jumps, kicks, rolls, bear crawls, teeter totters, hand stands, cartwheels, etc. The final 20 minutes, the class is broken up into assigned stations to work on skills provided by the coach, as well as, cross tumbling for advanced tumblers. This class is very structured and not an open gym. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

- Class is Tuesday at 8PM unless otherwise mentioned on Instagram 
- The cost is $15 per class
- We accept payment in the form of cash, Venmo or check only
- Arrive 15 minutes early
- Check into the office upon arrival for every class
- Check Instagram regularly for class updates/cancelations
- All levels are welcome 
- CLASSES WILL BE CANCELLED FOR THE MONTHS OF JUNE AND JULY FOR COACH CORA'S WEDDING/HONEYMOON!
