Children train on downsized equipment while moving in a circuit. We focus on the basics of gymnastics, as well as, listening skills in order to build a strong foundation for the future. Safety is our main priority. It is pertinent that a child be able to listen, follow instructions and remain with the group throughout the duration of the class. We train the fundamental basic skills including but not limited to: various jumping positions, hanging, swinging, balancing, handstands, cartwheels, forward rolls, backward rolls and even back handsprings. Coaches are specially trained to work with preschool aged children. Our lead teachers are Kinder Accredited by USA Gymnastics.
- Registration is done in-person in our office.
- Students can enroll at any time.
- Students must be members of the gym in order to be enrolled in classes.
