Adults begin the class with proper dynamic and static stretches, as well as, conditioning and physical therapy. We train mostly on the Floor Exercise coaching the fundamental basic skills using line drills. We teach skills including: jumping positions, handstands, cartwheels, forward rolls, backward rolls, round-offs and back handsprings. We spend some time on the Balance Beam, Bars, and Vault in order to gain better perspective of each aparatus. We coach adults with the goal to help you feel comfortable and confident with movement in your body AND in your mind.
