Adults begin the class with proper dynamic and static stretches, as well as, conditioning and physical therapy. We train only on the Floor Exercise coaching the fundamental basic skills using line drills. We teach skills including: jumping positions, handstands, cartwheels, forward rolls, backward rolls, round-offs and back handsprings which eventually will lead to running tumbling. We coach adults with the goal to help you feel comfortable and confident with movement in your body AND in your mind.
