Class Description
Classes are designed to be fun while teaching basic gymnastics and listening skills. Children participate in a 45 minutes class training on downsized equipment while moving in a circuit. We focus on basic skills including all jumping positions, handstands, cartwheels, forward rolls and back handsprings.
Coaches are especially trained to work with preschool aged children. Our lead teachers are Kinder Accredited by USA Gymnastics.

A one-on-one lesson available for children and adults with any coach of choice. Since COVID-19, this has been a recent favorite for parents. We provide a comfortable atmosphere for children to continue practicing gymnastics in a private environment. The goal of these sessions is determined by the student; getting a particular skill (cartwheels, back handsprings, or pull-overs),preparing for cheerleading tryouts, learning proper CrossFit skills, pageant shows, fitness exposition or just wanting to get in shape. Adults as young as 25 and as wise as 68 train with us either to get in better shape with the help of gymnastics instead of the boring weight room or to relive their younger days and learn gymnastics again.
Come give it a try! It sure beats training in a regular gym....
*Please Call or Email to schedule private lessons. Time slots are available Monday thru Saturday and will be decided depending on the availability of the coach.
Our team is recruited from our Recreational Gymnastics classes for girls only. If we see that a child is advancing properly, then we will personally notify the parent that we are interested in having the child attend more hours than she is currently taking in order to increase her skill level. We do this in order to accelerate the gymnast's learning and improve the skills by building strength and endurance and flexibility. Our competitive team practices are structured in a manner that fits our belief: Quality > Quantity. Success is not determined only by the amount of hours trained, but by the honest effort put into each practice.

We coach adults through an hour long class touching on the basic fundamentals of gymnastics. We start the class off with stretching in order to teach you how to properly warm up with dynamic and static splits as well as shoulder flexibility and back bends. Then we spend the first fifteen minutes of the class on strength conditioning, physical therapy. The last thirty minutes of the class include basic line drills including forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels and round-offs and back handsprings and many variations of skills in order to improve air awareness, coordination and the flow of skills connected. Some classes will be focused on specific skills for the entire group to learn while other classes, each individual will be given specific assignments depending on their skill level. Beginner adults will be given beginner level tasks while advanced adults will have more difficult assignments. We will coach you with the goal in mind to help you progress into power tumbling which will eventually lead to back handsprings, back tucks and front tucks. We also allow for open gym so that you may focus on your own goals which can include the bars, beam, vault, tumble track.
